You create a project with its requirements, Teamruf sends the requests automatically by email, and your staff reply with one click: yes, no, or yes with a note. You can see at any time who has confirmed and which slots are still open.

Teamruf is built for businesses that schedule temporary staff, mini-jobbers, freelancers or internal teams flexibly: gastronomy and catering, trade fair construction and event agencies, hotels, security, cleaning and facility services, trades, logistics, staffing agencies and seasonal businesses. Large workforce suites are too complex for this task, and small app-based tools demand too much from the workers. Teamruf is the simple option in between.

We develop Teamruf in Solingen and run it in German data centres. We develop in Germany, we host in Germany, we are liable in Germany. For us that is not a marketing claim but a location policy that fits the requirements of the GDPR. Anyone who talks to Teamruf talks to the developers and dispatchers who build and use the product themselves.
Getting started
Teamruf is a subscription based on the number of plannable staff and the request volume, cancellable monthly and with no sales call. You can try Teamruf free of charge with real projects and real staff. Current plans, a demo and the free start are available on teamruf.de (in German).
When the standard is not enough
Teamruf is deliberately lean. If you also need a connection to your existing systems, an API or webhook integration is available on request. And where a business needs a fully custom solution, we build it: from custom web applications to interfaces to ERP and accounting.
