How do I start a project with you?
Simply fill in our contact form or give us a call. We get back to you as quickly as possible to discuss your requirements and plan the next step.
What does custom software cost?
That depends on the scope. After analysing your needs you receive a written assessment with a timeframe and the order of magnitude of the cost. For a clearly defined scope we offer a fixed price. If requirements change during the project, we quote the additional effort in advance, before it is incurred.
What happens after the first conversation?
Within a few working days you receive a written assessment: technical feasibility, a realistic timeframe and the order of magnitude of the cost. If it is not a fit, we say so openly and point you to the route that makes more sense.
How long does development take?
A few weeks to several months, depending on scope. One client portal was usable after ten days. Once feasibility is checked we give you a range you can rely on, not a guess.
Do you also operate the software?
Yes. On request we take on hosting, updates, security and ongoing development permanently. Availability and response times are guaranteed by a service level agreement, around the clock where needed.
Are your solutions scalable?
Yes. We have scaled software to tens of thousands of users and large data volumes. One platform we run handled more than one million billable requests.
Which technologies do you use?
Modern languages, frameworks and cloud services. What comes first, though, is always your processes and the right solution, not the technology.
